GTC & FAQ:
Products are shipped after Seller’s (Paloma Rocks) confirmation of receipt of 100% payment for the goods. We ship with internationally recognised couriers and always provide tracking details to our Customers/Buyers. Shipping time will vary depending on destination. We declare the full value of the product to our carrier allowing 100% insurance in event of loss or damage. Paloma Rocks is not liable for payment of destination’s local duties, which in event of same should be covered by the Buyer.
Returns and refunds are possible after agreement with our Paloma Rocks team (contact@palomarocks.com), under the condition the product remains unworn, with all original packaging and tags. Claims should be reported within 14 calendar days from confirmed receipt of delivery. Costs of return shipping are covered by the Buyer/Sender, in event of non-secure return all risk, loss and penalties are responsibility of the Buyer/Sender and Paloma Rocks is relieved from obligation to refund the product.
